Interior Weeping Tile

The Interior Drainage System is installed along the inside perimeter of the foundation, approximately a foot deep and lies next to the foundation footing. This is the area where water is pushed into the basement by hydrostatic pressure. Our system intercepts the water before it enters the basement and directs it beneath through 4” PVC perforated pipes to a sump pump. The sump pump pumps the water to the outside or existing drain. Compared to exterior waterproofing, an interior weeping tile system is much less expensive. Your waterproofing is protected by a weeping tile system. This system, will keep your basement perfectly dry, and is similar to the weeping tile system installed on the exterior, at the base of your foundation. Then, it won't have an impact on your building, preventing a leak in your basement.
